I am looking for a student evaluation ws.  Something simple and non-intimidating that I can use to determine quickly the approximate level of new adult students.  I work with alot of large companies so I get very mixed level groups and it is important that I can see where everyone is with English quickly so as not to intimidate them with things that are too difficult for them and also not to insult them with things that are very simple.
