Hi all, I was wondering if we can use a photograph that has no watermark, but a copyright symbol with attribution embedded in it for a powerpoint on this site? The photographer has released the poto with a creative commons license of Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 2.0 Generic (CC BY-NC-ND 2.0) The photo can be found in its original size here: http://goo.gl/z7VI2L |

In my humble opinion you can, as there is a creative common licence. That means you can use it for non-commercial purposes, with a reference, of course.
Keep in mind that you may have to indicate it in your descriptive title that you īre allowed to use it, as some members click on the īreport � button too easily.
Alternatively, you can always crop the picture :-)
