it �s either:
 
Has she received a gift?    (e.g. a postman has broght a parcel for her)
 
or
 
Has she received any gifts?  (e.g. it was her birthday so naturally she should have)

You can say he used this car to make deliveries.
He used this car to go shopping.
He used this car _____________(state what he used it for).
He used this car when his car was in the shop for repairs.
