Epicaricacy is the state of vomiting after eating non-food items. It is not uncommon among extreme dieters, such as those who eat cotton balls/cotton wool in hopes of filling the stomach so that the stomach will be full.

It �s the code word for "epic fail" you use with your friends when you talk school in front of your parents. Comes from EPIC and CARICATURE and the rest is just a noun-forming suffix.
