I am wondering if we can say : this question is not easy nor difficult. It is medium??

I wouldn �t say the question is medium. I would say it is "of medium difficulty". I would also say "The question is not easy or difficult, it is somewhere in between." I �m experiencing brain fog right now, so maybe there is a better way of saying it that I can �t think of right now. But I am sure that one of our experts will be able to comment. |

I am not an expert, but my answer would be "it is (of) average difficulty", but am sure there is a better answer too. |

As there �s not really a set phrase, here are some more suggestions. Quite difficult. Fairly difficult. Moderately difficult. A question with moderate challenge. Of moderate difficulty. Not too demanding. Not too challenging. I also like Tony �s suggestion. |
