I seem have a problem in Yes/No Question

Having a conversation is all about "asking and answering"... while it is nice to get more than a "fine" to a "How are you question"... I think most of the times, it is good to become used to answering "naturally"... and letting the  conversation flow from there...

Example:

Are there many currencies in the world?
Yes, there are.
And what type are there?
There is the dollar, the lira, the euro...
And which currency does your country use?
My country uses the euro...

I make this conversation before this post which includes Yes/ No question
 but I feel there is wrong in Yes/ No Q
 

/ Dialogue :

Complete the following conversation:

Nora wants to write a paragraph about money. She is talking with her friend about it.

Nora : I will write a paragraph about money. Can you help me, please ?

Sara: ����������������..

Nora: There isn �t paper money in the past, ��� ..����?

Sara: No,���������.

Nora: So, What did people use ?

Sara: They used����.��..

Nora: O.k.  Are there many currencies now?

Sara: Yes, there are many currencies like �������.and ��������.

Nora: Thank you for your help.

Sara: My pleasure.
