How would you say?

Well it s hard to explain but imagine a paste which is hard, not squeasable...so to say... Would you call It a hard paste,a solid paste or? Thnx

Perhaps "concentrated paste" would work.

I suppose it depends on what the paste is made of and what its purpose is (culinary, medicinal, DIY...?). If a paste hasnt actually hardened or set, but isnt exactly squeezable either, you might say that its firm or stiff.

If the paste has dried out and hardened so that you can no longer squeeze it out from the tube, as it is meant to be, then I would use the adjective hardened .  But if it is supposed to be that thick then I would say thick paste, as Lynne suggested.
