How to make up questions to the underlined words
These shoes are too small for me. 
There isn �t much rain in the south of the country

This is difficult as in most closed questions, the pronoun would be used in the answer or you would get a yes or a no to start off with. But I �ll have a go!
Do those shoes fit? 
How are those shoes? What do you think about those shoes? Are these ones the right size for you? 
Too small for you - the boots, or the shoes? Too small for you, these shoes, or those ones? 
In which part of/whereabouts in the country is there not much rain?
