plz tell me .what relative pronoun is right with " someone" ?(who or that?).ex: a butcher is someone who/ that sells  meat in a shop.

Yes, you can use both "who" and "that" (but not "which") for people. I think "who" feels just a bit more formal, but wouldn �t call "that" informal, just a tiny bit less formal.
