Unhappy because you have no friends or people to talk to

A young cat

To put your arms around somebody and hold him tightly

Impossible or very difficult to believe

To tell somebody what you think they should do in a particular situation

The ability to remember things

To put something in a place so that no one can find or see it.

To have a feeling of great respect for someone  

A cardboard or plastic cover for holding sheets of paper

A building where students, travellers or workers can stay and eat cheaply

For "memory" you could also say "a recollection of a moment in the past" (this would be the countable noun "a memory" rather than the uncountable noun "memory" though.)
