The first is correct.
I am not sure about the second, maybe a native speaker can help you.
The third is incorrect.

Hi!  The first and second sentences are both right, although if I were choosing the most common, I �d say #1 because it �s simpler :)

"The box is heavy enough for him not to lift." here the meaning is awkward.Should be
" The box is not light enough (for him) to lift...or "the box is too heavy for him to lift"
 
BUT
The box is heavy enough for him not to lift. Here the meaning is ambiguous
