Song in the present perfect

Hello everybody!

I have seen the present perfect with my 13 year old students and I am now   looking for a song ( not too old) in which you can find sentences in the present perfect . Have you got any suggestion?

Thanks for your help and have a nice day !

I know this is a blast from the past, but I used "Have you Ever" by Brandi. I gave out the lyrics with each verb in infinitive in parenthesis, and had students change them to the past participle, then listen to the song to check their answers.

Have you ever loved somebody so much
It makes you cry
Have you ever needed something so bad
You can t sleep at night
Have you ever tried to find the words
But they don t come out right
Have you ever, have you ever

etc

Hi,

A couple of suggestions,

-old: "Have you ever seen the rain" -originally a Creedence Clearwater song, covered by many. Bonnie Tyler s version is good.
-recent:  "Where have you been all my life" by Rihanna.

The King and I I have dreamed.

I have dreamed that your arms are lovely
I have dreamed what a joy youll be
I have dreamed every word you whisper

When youre close, close to me
How you look in the glow of evening
I have dreamed and enjoyed the view

In these dreams, Ive loved you so
That by now I think, I know
What its like to be loved by you
I will love being loved by you

Alone and awake, Ive looked at the stars
The same that smile on you
And time and again, Ive thought all the things
That you were thinking too

I have dreamed that your arms are lovely
I have dreamed what a joy youll be
I have dreamed every word you whisper

When youre close, close to me
How you look in the glow of evening
I have dreamed and enjoyed the view

In these dreams, Ive loved you so
That by now I think, I know

What its like to be loved by you
I will love being loved by you
