Hello dear teachers
I wonder what this sentence means especially the word (one many)?? 
- one many are facing right now in the world-

" ... one many are facing right now in the world." 
 
I think that this is only part of a sentence.
 
It looks as if it might be part of something like this.
 
"Lots of people are facing financial difficulties. They have the problem  of insufficient food."
 
"It is one, many are facing right now."
 
= "It is one problem, (insufficient food), that many people have, at this moment, in every country of  the world."

Yes, I think Les has identified the problem: we�re obviously looking at a fragment of a sentence � which doesn�t help anyway � but the omission of the optional relativizer makes it even more difficult to parse. Going with Les�s analysis, it would make sense if, say, it were part of a sentence such as "It is a problem and one (that) many are facing right now in the world".
