- Respecting their preferences of work interaction and allocating extra time.�
- Treating the students with equality and trying to bridge the level and competency gaps.
- Spicing up lessons and activities with� a mixture of fun, humor and challenge.
- Establishing an educational environment by setting and implementing rules and goals for learning.
