WHy ARE INCORRECT THE FOLLOWING REPHRASINGS?
 
1.IT IS RIGHT TO HELP THE POOR AND THE NEEDY.
2.IT IS RIGHT THAT INE SHOULD HELP THE POOR AND THE NEEDY.

In my opinion, the example is not wrong because "should" is used to indicate obligation, duty, or correctness. "Right" speaks to correctness.
