Neither -nor

Hello everyone
Please I am confused with the use of negative or positive sentences  with neither / nor .
Which of the following sentences is correct ? why?
*I can t neither sing nor dance.     OR     I can neither sing nor dance.
I don t have neither uncles nor aunts.  OR      Ihave neither uncles nor aunts.
Thanks .

In both cases the second example is correct.
It should use neither ... nor in positive sentences.

For further explanation on this google for double negative.
