E-mail and Skype collaboration - class to class

Hello!

I have two classes (27 and 28 students) of sixth-graders and right now we are studying present simple: daily routine, describing typical weekend, typical holidays etc.

I d like them to be involved in a short-term class-to-class collaboration in which some of the students (or all of them) would write an e-mail to another class. They might also write a proper letter (snail mail) and we could organize a chat or two on Skype - as a class or in a smaller group.

Our time zone is  CET and we have classes from 7.30 to 12.40. This is the time when we could chat on Skype.

Anyone? Thanks.
