�No, I don �t � or �I don �t. � These are both fine, but by far the more natural reply is the first one, �No, I don �t. �  There �s not really the need to say �sorry �, but it �s not wrong. 
 
�Me too, I like carrots. � This is fine. Or, �I do too �.
