sentence transformation

Dear All,
Can anybody help me whether these sentence transformations are OK?

Sentence transformations:

You look very tired today.
THOUGH
You look___________________ today.

You look as though you were very tired today.

Is it correct to say?

The other:

When I entered the room I noticed that someone had been there.

ON

________________________I noticed that someone had been there.

On the spur of the moment, I noticed that someone had been there.
Or:
On the treshold of the door, I noticed  that someone had been there.

I am still wondering what the solution might be... :)
Can anybody help, please?
Thanks a million for it in advance.
Have a lovely day for everybody.

I agree with pupa on the second one, also the first one should read:

You look as though you ARE very tired today.

Since the original sentence is in the present tense.
