I had that situation as well.  Your students  should be given books as the others suggest.  He will also need to develop his ELA skills.  You should look at the British curriculum or the Common Core Standards in the US for his grade to see what is expected of him.  He should be developing his writing skills at a level far beyond his classmates.  You will need to work closely with his parents as well to make sure he is fallng too far behind his peers in his native country.

 

 You can find lots of free worksheets for developing his language skils, for example in word formation, spelllng and vocabulary,etc.
