Help me with thus sentence: She has never come there before. I wish she had come/ came/ could come there. Thanks

I wish she had come [here]�(but she didn�t). Or I wish she could come [here]�(but she can�t). Usually we say "gone there" or "come here" instead of "come there". I wish she had gone there. I wish she could have gone there.
