Can I say " Wake up your dreams�? I wonder if i used the verb wake up right?thanks

I�ve never heard it and it would be �wake up to your dreams�;  A more usual phrase is �live your dreams.� or �Make your dreams come true.�

If you think of your dreams as being dormant, you could say you want to wake them up. The above link is to a book titled "Wake up Your Dreams".
