Do you have more details about the time frame? The options above are all correct, but so are:
 
- At the meeting, John wouldn�t speak (habitual past) until someone asked him some questions.
 
FUTURE
- At the meeting, John will not / won�t speak until someone has asked him some questions.
- At the meeting, John will not / won�t speak until someone asks him some questions. 
 
PRESENT 
- At the meeting, John doesn�t speak  until someone asks him some questions. 
- At the meeting, John doesn�t speak until someone has asked him some questions.
