Yes, it is fine. It�s not really what would be said, which would be along the lines of �what�s the lowest price of the cars?� �Which is the cheapest car?� �Which car has the lowest price?� etc... but, yes, it is fine.

It�s not wrong, but I would say: "What does the price of the cars start at?

What you choose to say is wording or a phrase that suits you.
