today i�ll dare ask help from any generous member

i�m a tunisian teacher of english language in tunisia, being with non native speakers (pupils)for a long time makes your accent poor enough to ask for help. i would like to practise the language with native speakers and i�m looking for any organisation, formal way which help teachers to visit england for practising the language as a training (to improve their accents)

if anyone can guide me please don�t hesitate
