Hey everyone, its John from Cool English again. Today I’d like to share a really fun grammar game to review the 4 basic verb tenses. First select a verb then you can choose from simple present, present continuous, simple past or simple future, simply by clicking on the buttons. After that you can illicit responses from students asking them to form the interrogative, positive or negative form of the phrase to match the picture. Check their response by clicking on the question mark, plus sign or minus sign. Award the points if they get it right, if playing with one student set a goal of how many points they should get in how many chances. My students enjoy reviewing verb tenses with this game and I hope yours do too. |
