No, I m not my dear Silke! Embarrassed That s why I´ve just asked you to read the post. We must be careful when we recommend a worksheet. Although I am not sure about this one, the point is that according to that post, 50% of that user s work has been reported to victor. So I think one should check before recommending it.

Hugs to you my dear friend.
Have a good night.

I have changed my first message, so it is ws in question ...
it the worksheet stolen? It didn t seem to me... It was handwritten... yes there were 2 tables - pictures, but the other four pages were handwritten... It looked like a long and interesting topic...

So are you sure it is stolen? I haven t seen in before and I have no access to www.handsoutonline.com... And the message was written day before s/he shared this ws... so maybe the contributors were talking about other ws??

Can anyone tell me if it IS a copy? Cry
Sorry for the mess caused... I meant no harm... Ermm

Talking about stolen worksheets... yesterday there was one called "Where are the animals?" and you can find the original here :http://home.nordnet.fr/~rmaufroid/pupitre/prepositions/prepositions.htm
Why can t people be honest???
Good day to every one!

Ive read the post and checked out the WS.  I believe this to be a breach of copyright. The original at    http://www.insideout.net/newelessons/IO298S-The-world-oceans.pdf    clearly states the copyright owner and the terms of usage i.e photocopying the sheet intact - I feel that direct copying of Macmillans words without acknowledgement is not only breaching copyright but very silly with a big company that is financially able to pursue legal action.

I reported this WS by the same user a few weeks ago but I see it´s still there: http://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=191104#thetop  I wonder if WSs are only deleted when there are a minimum number of reports?  Several I have reported, by other users, are also still there.

Faurfab, the worksheet you mention is not quite a copy - its been copied and pasted then the wording amended.

Thak you so much  Jayho!! It is very frustrating to be 99% sure a worksheet is stolen and have no way to prove it! I ll also report it to Victor. Maybe it needs more than one report for him to take action,. I m really not sure on this. Anyway; thanks a lot for your help.

Once again, let s be careful when we want to recommend  somebody else s work.

Have a nice day.
