Websites for teaching Pronunciation to ESL learners

Hello Everybody:

I am a new teacher and I struggle with this topic. I was wondering if anyone can refer me to any reputable /valid websites that can offer methods for teaching pronunciation to ESL students. I would appreciate your suggestions. Thanks so much in advance!

Kindest regards,

Colie

Hi Frenchfrog

Very much appreciated! I actually was enjoying the exercises myself... much insight to some things I dont know about phonetics as well. Really helpful!!!

Merci!

You can download LINGOES for free. Its a multi language dictionary with the capability of reading words or sentences (I think!). You also have text to speech, this is great, however its paid.

Thank you degue.... appreciate the site... very useful.

Solarsys.... I took a look at the Lingoes site.... having trouble downloading. Is there something I am missing? Usually you click on the word download and it is as simple as that...but I seem to be having some problems. Any suggestions? I really would like to use this site as well.

Kindest regards,

Colie
