Well I happen to know that there has been many problems with the Eiffel Tower for years now, - as far as rust is concerned - and that a board has decided that since it would be too costly to solve the problems they have decided to destroy it! Well, since it is right in the heart of Paris, some precaution must be taken. They can īt blow it up so they have decided to dismantle it "starting from the base" to keep the TV and radio aerials working as long as possible until they find another place for these broadcasting devices.
