Is it stolen if you cite the author?

Hi,
I.m new, so I don t know all of the rules yet. Can you illustrate someone else s poem if you have that author s name? I found all of the illustrations for this cute poem about "alliteration. However, would it be considered stolen?

If you add your own work (not just illustrations, some exercises or activities would be good) & cite/reference the author then you will be fine!
