HOW CAN I MAKE MY WORKSHEETS LESS ´HEAVY´?

LOLPeople,

I have been trying to send a file with some pictures on it, but it says that the file is too large. I dont know what to do to make the pictures smaller.
Can you give me some tips on how to do that?

Thank you very much in advance!!!!

Hi, teachergisele,
this is what I suggest:
Use ppt & doc minimizer to reduce the file size by 60%

download Doc & ppt minimizer

Hi Gisele,
I like to use fireworks from macromedia because it can reduce the size of the picture without losing its resolution. You can download it for free, use it for 30 days as a trial. Try this link http://superdownloads.uol.com.br/download/104/macromedia-fireworks-mx-(portuguese)/  But if you live in SP, I can help you install it. my e-mail is [email protected].

Hi Gisele

I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager - open the picture with this application, go to the Picture pull down menu and select Resize.  Then you just choose a percentage size.

Alternatively, Photoshop allows you to save pictures for web, documents etc with a different resolution.
