Are you referring to a company?
I think it could mean: Please update Managing Director with devolution about our meeting
that �s what I usually associate MD with... but if it is another context... I �m lost!

abt = about
I think md was meant to be "me" (d,e,f are on the same key)
and "dev" I think was meant to be det (t,u,v are on the same key)
so the way I decifer the message is
please update me with details about our meeting...
