Wouldn�t it be easier and more organized, even tidier if people who can and want to check material volunteer to do so privately to Victor and he could decide who would be in charge to do the job?
It would be easy for the members of that group to get in touch with each other when in doubt and thus avoid so much discussion here on what is or should be.
As I said before, just a humble suggestion...
