I COMPALINED LAST WEEK AND NOTHING HAPPENED.
I HAD LOST 200 POINTS..AND I ONLY TOOK FREE WORKSHEET.
I CHANGED MY PASSWORD AND I AM IN MY HOUSE.
I SENT A WORKSHEET AND I GOT 2 POINTS AND I īVE JUST LOST IT.AND I ONLY TOOK FREE WORKSHEET...

um - you haven īt given him very long to respond..... maybe you could practice some patience and i am sure that Victor will get to you asap....   He has this whole site to run - and I am pretty sure he runs a school as well -
