How to reduce the size of a Ws

Helloo! Ive got to ask u somthing I don �t know how to do. Im preparing a ws but its size is of 350 KB. How could I reduce it? Its on a word format and I cannot eliminate any image or reduce the size of it. Is there another way? Could somebody help me? Thank u!!
