How do you contribute???

I am very confused about how to send a printable. Every time I click on this in the toolbar, it asks me to login, and then there is no place to download something. it has asked me to log in about 6 times now. can someone walk me through this

Hi, welcome to the site
At the top of the homepage, in red colour, you have the REGISTER. Just click and follow the rules.
