ummmm sorry to say.. but the word unrespectful exists... and it gives disrepectful as a synonym...

Many words exist but that doesn �t make them acceptable.  All my life I have heard "disrespectful."  Not that I have been. lol  I have never heard �unrespectful � used.  It is even coming up with a red underline  in the spellchecker.  That should be a clue.
