Can we say:"He/She is a nasty student", just to mean that he/she is so much noisy and can �t be controlled in the classroom.

Nasty is NOT the same as noisy. Nasty means being rude to the others or even crude and gross.  Just being noisy is inconsiderate but not nasty.  As far as behavior goes, naughty would be better.
