This is my 2nd worksheet on Modal Verbs for intermediate/ lower advanced students and it is as complete as the one I uploaded a few days ago (http://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=504256#thetop) but with completely different exercises. This time the FOCUS is on USE/ MEANING. KEY INCLUDED. First students match the modal verb in each sentence to its use (ability, permission, etc.). Then they cross the wrong modal verbs out and match the correct one to its meaning. They choose the best option given to several comments/questions and finally they rewrite sentences using a modal verb. I believe students will enjoy these exercises because they will make them think. :) Wish you all a wonderful Tuesday. Hugs, mena:)))
