English powerpoint: Verbs of Reporting - Guessing Game Verbs of Reporting - Guessing Game

Print out and cut up the sentences. Put the students into groups of four or five. One student picks up a sentence and it reads out. The other students have to guess the verb of reporting. For example: "I didn´t borrow your car!", students would have guess ´deny´. Encourage the students to be emotive when reading the sentences out. This game normally gets a few laughs.
