BEAT MY BRAG game - part I. - present perfect
Do you know the game "Beat my brag"? The rules are very simple. Divide your students into two groups and give them the cards. The idea of this game is to practise using present perfect through boasting and bragging. Each member of the two groups has to read out what he/she has done and the competing team has to react to it and top it. The exchange of topping that one experience goes until thereŽs the last top which cannot be beaten by the competing team. The team with more final tops is the winner. Let me give you an example:
a member of A team says: "IŽve been to all countries in Europe".
a possible reply from B team: "IŽve been to all countries in Europe and Africa."
a possible answer from A: "But I also have one house in each European country, so I can come back any time I want....."
And so on, I hope youŽll like it!
