*Tense Review Speaking Cards* past simple, past continuous, present continuous and ´going to´
These speaking cards worked really well with my students to review past simple, past continuous, present continuous and future with ´going to´!!
There are 6 question cards and a number of time cards - Ss play "paper, scissors, stone" to see who wins the time card and then select one of the question cards at random. They then have to make a question in the correct tense using the info. from the time card. If the student makes a correct question, he/she keeps the time card - the winner is the student at the end with the most time cards.
eg. A student takes "Who...talk to" and "at 2pm yesterday" - he/she then has to make the question "Who were you talking to at 2pm yesterday" and another student has to answer it.
