We use rhetorical questions ("why not?", "who cares?", "How could you be so stupid?" etc.) in conversation all the time, but I´ve never been able to find a mention of them in any textbook. LUCKILY, YOU HAVE ME. Download and enjoy! "What have you got to lose?"
