Funny gap filling
Make a copy of the sheet as many as u needs your entire student. Than dictate them to write down 10 words. 1- a name of a country, 2- a name of a city, 3- an adjective, 4- a number, 5- a verb, 6- a geographical name (sea, river, lake etc.) 7- a number, 8- a noun, 9- a vehicle, 10- a vehicle. Than deal the sheet and student fill the gaps with their word. Than u can give the right solution for them. Really fun and can be a warm up of the topic of the lesson. You cam make your own sheet as well. Believe me… it doesn’t take for a long time…. Have fun
Let me introduce FRANCE (1). Its capital is PARIS (2). It is very FAMOUS (3) all over the world. THOULSANDS (4) of tourist visit the city every year. Everybody wants to SEE(5) the Eiffel tower what is well known. There is a RIVER (6) there. The city is called: ‘The city of love’. The Louvre welcomes over 8 MILLION (7) visitors a year. Notre Dame de Paris is another ATTRACTION (8)of the city. If you want to see this nice place you can go there by PLANE (9) or by BUS (10) as well.
