This game can be played as a go fish game when the cards are cut and laminated. Students have to ask questions using either the past simple or the past continuous in order to make pairs. A card should only be handed over when the question was properly phrased. The student who ends up with the most cards is the winner. In a class it might also be used as a worksheet or an oral activity.
