Point out the different forms… A. Pupils write suggestions using the 4 forms. B. Look at the grid and speak. To stop being bored she can go to the swimming pool. Please continue! To stop being bored she can…….+ verb Use the prompts to make new structures with can. (You could use pictures instead of the verbs but I didn’t want to make this WS too heavy.) C. There is some written help too and the video is less than 3 minutes. You could discuss what your students like to do when they are bored. D. Your cousin is totally fed up! Make some crazy suggestions: Now get the imaginations working and make new suggestions using the new structures. Students can do this activity in pairs or small groups.
