have got reading and writing
This is a very complete worksheet to help your students work on the family vocabulary and very short descriptions using the verb have got. This worksheet also works on reading and writing skills. The first part consists on a very short reading (highlighting the changes of the verb have got from the first to the third person) and a reading comprehension activity (true/false). Then, there is a very simple explanation of the use of the verb have got with the first and the third person and finally a short fill in the gap activity. The second part consists of a personal writing taking the reading as a model. There is an empty square at the beginning so that each student can glue its picture and his/her sister/brother. Finally, there is a wordsearch with the vocabulary of the family. (dad, mum, brother, sister, granny and grandad)
