Counting American Money Counting American Money

The activity requires students to identify American money. However, you will need to prepare envelopes, or bags, full of coins. I used this activity as a math lesson. My students were having difficulty figuring out all the different ways of making a certain amount of change. They also didn´t know the value of the coins. Therefore, I put 30 cents in each bag, uisng a different combination of coins each time.
