General election in Britain 2010 General election in Britain 2010

If you have worked with your students on the forthcoming British General Elections (fixed for May 2010) or would like to, this worksheet will help you. I used it with my upper intermediate students after a 6 hour module on British institutions. It can be used as a test, or it could be used in a multimedia room, as groupwork or given as homework to students who have internet access at home. Subjects asked about include the House of Lords, the British constitution, and the British electoral system. An answer key is included.
