Sorry, I´ve just read it and I think there are some mistakes.. "Have you ever needed to email someone - a stranger, asking them (shouldn´t here be he or she? since someone is singular). How can one compose email such that they will be read and responded to? (shouldn´t it be: ´so´instead of such? and ´an email´)
